About the Event

Turn your product vision into a defensible, well-structured strategy. This is a strategy 101 workshop for product managers making the shift from implementation-focused work to strategic work. If most of your time goes into delivery, backlogs and execution, and you want to start owning the "why" and the "where next," this day is designed for you.

Facilitated by Rosemary King, the workshop walks you through a complete product strategy template step by step. Together, we'll look at what each section is for, how to gather the inputs that shape it, and how to build alignment around your decisions.

Through guided, hands-on exercises, you'll pressure-test your reasoning so you leave confident that every part of your strategy is grounded, defensible, and ready to share. You'll leave with a complete draft of your own strategy document, plus the tools and frameworks to keep building on it long after the workshop ends.

What Others Have Said

This is the second iteration of this workshop. This time, we’ve made it longer to give you more space to dig in and apply the concepts. Past participants called it “very engaging and to the point,” praised the “real examples,” and highlighted the “thought-provoking content” and “valuable breakouts that apply directly to real work.” If you’ve ever struggled to turn your ideas into a clear strategy your team can act on, this workshop will give you the structure, language, and confidence to do exactly
