Founded in March 2001, the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates learning, mentoring, and networking opportunities for product managers across Greater Toronto Area.

Our mission

Helping product people in the Greater Toronto Area navigate the complexities of a career in product management and the challenges people experience as they start their product career, advance their product career, become a product leader and grow as a product leader.

The role

As one of several Editors for our monthly blog columns, you are responsible for curating and collecting content - in your area of ownership - tracking ideas and submissions, assembling, copy-editing and publishing a regular column that keeps our community informed, engaged, and expanding.

Term

5 months (April ‘26 - August ‘26)

Time commitments

On average 4-7 hours every month

What kind of content you'll oversee:

We’re looking for editors to cover a few different “themes”. Depending on what appeals to you most, or aligns most with your skills and experience, you could be the editor for monthly publications of one or more of the following Product Management themes:

  1. Product Rockstar Spotlight - The inspiring stories and turning points of the country’s most successful product professionals.
  2. Problem/Solution - How PMs of varying experience have solved problems in products & organizations.
  3. My AI Cheat Code - How PMs are using AI to build better, build smarter, and be better at their jobs.
  4. Recruiter Roundtable - Pithy thoughts, info, and advice from those who know the hiring landscape best.
  5. Think Pieces - Thought leadership, unique perspectives, and intelligent takes from the community’s brightest.
