Biography

Uchenna began her career as a Chemical Process Engineering specialist, before transitioning to a Business Systems Analyst role. She is currently a Product Manager at Infor, working on the Industry Cloud Platform product team, which delivers scalable, industry-specific solutions and seamless enterprise integration. Being community-minded is a core part of who she is, both personally and professionally. She brings this belief to life as the Volunteer Engagement Manager at TPMA, to ensure volunteers feel seen, supported, and connected.

What inspired you to join the TPMA volunteer team?

I joined TPMA while transitioning into Product Management and was looking for a community to learn from. I attended so many well-planned events that genuinely supported me through that journey. I knew I wanted to be part of building that same experience for others.

What makes volunteering at TPMA meaningful?

My role at TPMA is meaningful because I get to intentionally design and improve the volunteer experience. I focus on making it engaging, impactful, and mutually beneficial for everyone involved. I’ve also been able to tap into my creativity, leading campaigns and organizing events that help strengthen our community.

What advice would you give to others who might want to volunteer?

You absolutely should! Strong communities are built and sustained by those who show up. You’ll gain valuable experience and become part of something bigger than yourself. I think you’ll find that meaningful and enjoyable.
