What inspired you to join the TPMA volunteer team?

I was inspired to join the TPMA volunteer team because of its mission to grow and support the Product Management community. I've really enjoyed the events and connecting with the team which is why I wanted to help out in any way I can.

What makes volunteering at TPMA meaningful?

Volunteering at TPMA is meaningful to me because it allows me to make a tangible impact on how we support and grow the product craft and community. I was the recipient of the TPMA Bursary and it definitely helped to shape my career. It's great that I can carry that torch for the upcoming bursary recipients and support the program that helped me.

What advice would you give to others who might want to volunteer?

Being a volunteer has been super rewarding and so much fun at the same time. Life does get busy so in terms of advice, I would recommend looking into opportunities that make sense for your schedule to start so you're not overwhelmed. There are so many ways to get involved that are remote or even seasonal. A little help goes a long way!
