What inspired you to join the TPMA volunteer team?

While working as an engineer, I found myself naturally gravitating toward product discovery and deeply analyzing end-user needs. Realizing my interests were shifting toward the product side of tech, I sought out a community where I could bridge the gap between engineering and product management. Finding TPMA felt like the perfect alignment for that transition.

What makes volunteering at TPMA meaningful?

It’s all about the people. The community is incredibly welcoming, and I’ve gained so much perspective through spontaneous conversations and hearing about the real-life experiences of speakers and fellow volunteers. I love the energy of interacting with a group that is so passionate about building better products.

What advice would you give to others who might want to volunteer?

Go for it! It’s a fantastic way to learn, and you’ll meet wonderful people along the way. It’s as much about the fun and the connections as it is about the professional growth.
