Andrew Wright is an engineering leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling software, product, and customer support teams. Most recently Head of Engineering at Adaptis (climate tech), he was previously a founding team member at Ten Thousand Coffees (acquired) and led delivery teams at Pivotal Labs (acquired). A computer engineer by training, Andrew is passionate about empathy-driven leadership and making sure teams are building the right thing — and learning and having fun along the way.
