The Votes Came In...

And the 4 Directors were announced:

"I believe the TPMA can become the most impactful product community in Canada, and the growth we have seen (225% revenue growth in the past year alone), is a fraction of the potential. I want to keep building on that."

-- Andrew Williams

"My focus would be on expanding TPMA’s educational programming through more structured and repeatable workshop offerings. I want to increase the number of hands-on learning opportunities available to members, particularly around emerging topics such as AI and its practical application in product management...I would also like to continue growing the Alan Armstrong Bursary program so more members can access professional development opportunities regardless of financial circumstances."

-- Rhythem Raswant

"As TPMA continues to grow its programs, membership, and reach, it is important that we maintain the financial discipline, governance, and operational safeguards that allow us to scale responsibly.... I look forward to continuing to support the board, strengthen our financial operations, and help TPMA deliver an even greater impact for the product community."

-- Joyce Lui

"I will contribute to TPMA’s growth by elevating the member experience, strengthening our operational capacity, and building more collaboration with product communities across Canada. TPMA has a strong foundation, and I want to help us scale in a way that feels intentional, connected, and aligned with what product professionals need today."

-- Cassandra Pennant
