About the Event
Product Management in a B2B Sales-Led company can be a challenge. The demands of sales-requests often take precedence over product direction. There can be little strategy beyond "more revenue" and there is constant pressure to deliver. This event will dig into these issues and provide insights and tactics to use to balance out the needs of sales and the needs of product and the rest of the organization.
