I am an outcome-driven product leader who empowers great teams that are data-driven, accountable for results and passionate about solving customer problems. As a pragmatic and enthusiastic leader, I build strong partnerships with my leadership peers to drive great results. I've led product at five B2B startups and helped them grow from MVP to Product Market Fit and beyond, and at Loblaw Digital for three B2C e-commerce businesses with yearly revenues of $2.5 billion. I am currently leading Product & Design at ChargeLab, an EV charging software startup with a mission to help scale EV charging across North America.

Paul is a lead product manager at Glassdoor, which he joined through the acquisition of Fishbowl, a professional social network startup. He now works on Glassdoor’s community product, navigating an emerging product line through an established company. What’s helped is the breadth of experiences he’s experienced throughout his career - from large tech company to startup, and successfully transitioning from web developer to product manager. Outside of work, he enjoys running, gardening, cooking and tasty beverages.
