About the Event
We are thrilled to invite our members to our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and End-of-Season Social, marking an important milestone in our journey.
During the AGM segment we will:
- Reflect on our organization's accomplishments and financial performance,
- Discuss key initiatives for the future.
- Meet 10 new board candidates running for election
- Vote and elect three new board members.
Your presence and participation will help shape our path forward as we make critical decisions and elect new board members. This is an opportunity to engage, vote, ask questions, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Following the AGM, we will transition to our End of Season Social (in person only), a time to celebrate the collective efforts of our members and volunteers. It will be a great chance to mingle, share stories, and forge new relationships within our vibrant community.
We value your input and participation, as it is crucial to shaping the future of our organization. Whether you are a long-standing member or recently joined, your presence is valued and will contribute to the success of this event.
Event Tickets
This event is open to everyone! TPMA is now free to join, and membership is required to attend.
In-person attendance is $15 to cover food/drink costs and online participation is free. ZOOM details will be sent in a reminder email before the event.
Your event ticket includes a free drink and a selection of light eats.
