Founded in March 2001, the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates learning, mentoring, and networking opportunities for product managers across Greater Toronto Area.

The role
As a Webflow Developer, you will collaborate with board and team members to redesign and optimize our Webflow-based website, improve user experience, and integrate with platforms like Wild Apricot and other CRMs. You will gather requirements, develop web pages and features, and work closely with designers and stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging web experience.

Time commitments
Up to 10 hours a month (with some variability depending on web redesign project needs)
What you'll do and love doing
- Build responsive and visually appealing websites using Webflow.
- Leverage Webflow’s CMS capabilities, custom code integrations, and advanced animation features.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into tangible, effective web solutions.
- Make frequent website updates to promote new programs, events and content
- Work closely with product designers and product managers to create great user experience across the TPMA’s digital channels
- Ensure the website is secure, including implementing SSL certificates and other best practices.
- Integrate Webflow with Wild Apricot or similar CRM platforms.Design and implement API-based integrations between Webflow and external systems.
- Create and maintain back-end databases while managing user roles and access permissions.
- Apply strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks for enhanced functionality.
- Extend Webflow’s capabilities through custom coding when native features are insufficient.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines to create inclusive and accessible web experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and after deployment.
- Develop creative, user-friendly, and scalable solutions.
