Founded in March 2001, the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates learning, mentoring, and networking opportunities for product managers across Greater Toronto Area.

Helping product people in the Greater Toronto Area navigate the complexities of a career in product management and the challenges people experience as they start their product career, advance their product career, become a product leader and grow as a product leader.
The role
As Product Design/UX Designer, you will work closely with board members and team members to understand requirements for new sections, web pages and content updates on the website, as well as suggest ways to improve the web experience. Design and build new features using Webflow, with the goal of evolving the web to increase community engagement.

September ‘25 - June ‘26
Time commitments
An average of 10 hours a month (some variability depending on project needs)
What you’ll do:
- Create intuitive, aesthetically-pleasing, interactive interfaces
- Work collaboratively with team members and board members to develop designs for features requested
- Use Webflow to create mockups of new features to demonstrate site function and design, gather and incorporate feedback as needed
- Create new sections, pages features and suggest ways to improve the overall website experience
- Analyze analytics tools like Hotjar and GA to gather feedback on user interactions and designs
