Partnerships & Perks Operations Coordinator
Founded in March 2001, the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates learning, mentoring, and networking opportunities for product managers across Greater Toronto Area.

The role
As a Partnerships & Perks Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for building repeatable systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution within the team. You will complement the Director’s strategic focus (major sponsors, grants, and partnerships) by owning the operational backbone: sponsor renewals, perk onboarding, playbook/documentation, and cross-committee coordination.

Time commitments
Approximately 2-4 hours per month.
What you’ll do:
- Track sponsor commitments, deliverables, and renewal dates in a central system
- Prepare quarterly sponsor update reports (impact metrics, recognition tracking).
- Ensure sponsor logos, perks, and recognition are consistently displayed across TPMA touch points (website, event decks, socials).
- Document repeatable playbooks (e.g., sponsor renewal process, perk onboarding, outreach scripts).
- Maintain sponsor/venue/perk databases for easy access by team and Events Committee.
- Standardize email templates, pitch decks, and sponsor reports for consistency.
- Manage onboarding of new perk partners, including agreements and launch communications.
- Track perk utilization and member feedback to inform future perk decisions.
- Support development of the Community Builder perks tier by coordinating offers and publishing content.
- Act as the primary Partnerships & Perks contact for the Events Committee and Marketing Committee.
- Ensure sponsorship commitments (venues, speakers, in-kind offers) are operationally delivered at events.
- Feed sponsor success stories and testimonials to Marketing for amplification.
