Founded in March 2001, the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates learning, mentoring, and networking opportunities for product managers across Greater Toronto Area.

The role
As a Volunteer Mentorship Program Lead, you will play a critical role in onboarding and supporting mentors and mentees throughout the TPMA Mentorship Program. You will work directly with the TPMA Membership Officer to guide participants, lead orientation sessions, share resources, and ensure alignment between mentors and mentees.

Time commitments
Approximately 3 to 5 hours per month.
What you’ll do:
- Lead onboarding sessions for mentors and mentees, introducing the new cohort structure and resources to ensure a seamless start to each program cycle.
- Serve as the main point of contact for participants, helping resolve alignment, goal-setting, and engagement questions.
- Facilitate sharing of program resources, toolkits, and monthly cohort themes to encourage active participation and progression.
- Collaborate closely with the Mentorship Program Coordinator, Program Marketing Manager, and Program Officer to ensure seamless program delivery and effective communication.
- Track mentor-mentee engagement and gather participant feedback to continuously improve program structure, relevance, and satisfaction.
