Founded in March 2001, the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates learning, mentoring, and networking opportunities for product managers across Greater Toronto Area.

The role
As a Volunteer Mentorship Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing and communication strategies that drive program engagement, growth, and visibility. You will work directly with the TPMA Membership Officer to develop campaigns that recruit new participants, highlight success stories, and strengthen the program’s presence in the TPMA community.

September ‘25 - June ‘26
Time commitments
Approximately 2-4 hours per month.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and deliver email campaigns, Slack prompts, and social content to engage members
- Create recruitment materials and messaging tailored to different participant segments, including mentors, mentees, and varying levels of product management experience
- Collaborate with the Program Coordinator and Program Lead to ensure consistent communication across cohorts
- Highlight program milestones, mentor spotlights, and participant success stories through TPMA newsletters, blogs, and community channels
- Support program growth initiatives, including referrals, testimonials, and participant engagement strategies
