Founded in March 2001, the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates learning, mentoring, and networking opportunities for product managers across Greater Toronto Area.

Helping product people in the Greater Toronto Area navigate the complexities of a career in product management and the challenges people experience as they start their product career, advance their product career, become a product leader and grow as a product leader.
The role
As a Mentorship Coordinator, you will support program operations of the TPMA Mentorship Program and ensure a smooth experience for participants across both cohorts. You will work directly with the TPMA Membership Officer to manage participant tracking, mentor-mentee matching, onboarding logistics, and scheduling, helping drive alignment across the program.

October ‘25 - June ‘26
Time commitments
Approximately 2 to 4 hours per month.
What you’ll do:
- Manage participant data, cohort registrations, feedback, and progress tracking through WildApricot and other tools.
- Support mentor-mentee matching and monitor alignment, helping to highlight and resolve issues quickly alongside the Mentorship Program Lead and Program Officer.
- Assist with onboarding sessions, monthly program updates, and ongoing community engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Lead and Program Marketing Manager to ensure timelines, processes, and communications are clear and consistent, and that program delivery runs smoothly.
