Founded in March 2001, the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates learning, mentoring, and networking opportunities for product managers across Greater Toronto Area.

Helping product people in the Greater Toronto Area navigate the complexities of a career in product management and the challenges people experience as they start their product career, advance their product career, become a product leader and grow as a product leader.
The role
As Marketing Operations Lead, you will work closely with the board to plan and execute TPMA campaigns across social, web and email. You’ll manage the TPMA Marketing calendar to ensure communications are going out on the right channels at the right time, you’ll be able to look at our membership data and segment our audiences for specific campaigns, and report on campaign and content effectiveness.

What you’ll do and love doing
- You’ll collaborate with a Board of Director on executing and reporting on marketing campaigns to our membership base
- You’ll be deploying segmented email campaigns in our membership marketing software (Wild Apricot)
- You’ll be scheduling and posting content on social media (primarily Linkedin)
- You’ll be analyzing content and website performance in tools like Pendo and Google Analytics
- You’ll get involved in annual and quarterly strategic marketing planning
- You are someone who is great at analytics and operations
