Founded in March 2001, the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates learning, mentoring, and networking opportunities for product managers across Greater Toronto Area.

Helping product people in the Greater Toronto Area navigate the complexities of a career in product management and the challenges people experience as they start their product career, advance their product career, become a product leader and grow as a product leader.
As an Events Photographer joining our photography team, you will be responsible for capturing amazing photos during our in-person events. You will be working closely with the TPMA Events Officer to identify what to photograph and to understand the goals of each event. The ideal candidate will be creative and have a passion for photography and the ability to capture the energy, mood, and essence of our in-person events. We’re open to people with amateur skills even if they’ve never done corporate photography before. You don’t need fancy equipment either. If you have a really good smartphone, that might even work.
Term: 8 months (October ‘25 - July ‘26)
Time Commitments: On average, 4-5 hours every month. Able to attend all in-person events.
What you’ll do and love doing:
- Capture high-quality photos at our in-person events, ensuring coverage of key moments, speakers, attendees and venue
- Collaborate with the Events Officer to identify what to photograph and to understand the theme, style and goals of each event
- Edit and retouch the images post-event to deliver high-quality and professional results
- Make the photos available post-event via Google Drive or similar in a timely manner
- Organize and archive photos for easy retrieval and future use
